This is one such moment on Southwold common just doing stuff.

All all that is around you and all that is above you and all that is below you, is stuff.

Everything you own your #SonyTV your car, your #Gucci bag, your #iPhone , it’s all just stuff!

when you’re dead and gone and there’s nothing left you’ll become stuff.

You can’t take the stuff with you. So my advice is enjoy the here and now and let stuff become a background noise.

So today I walk to work and..

Been out this morning with a four legged friend ( babysitting him )

He’s a handful #madpuppy

Now, temporarily depleted of energy! That will probably last all of about 5 minutes.

The walk around the foothills of Reydon seem to have done the trick. For now.
